So I just recently came back from one of my favorite Anime conventions in canada, called Ai-Kon. No, not Artificial intelligence.. but AIKON, an anime geared event that takes place in Winnipeg. This year I approached the Ai-kon team to see if they would be up for me creating the front cover for this year's limited edition guidebook, and they took me up on the offer. This year's theme was leaning towards the Y2K style aesthetic; vibrant colors, blocky characters and lots of silve organice liquid forms.. i dont know where i'm going with that thought, Im just reminded...
